Kickflip Competition 2007

We had nice little turnout for the comp over the weekend with an exiciting line up of local skaters and a krew from Kiama.

It was good to see Ellie Summerhayes competing, the only girl who entered on the day. She positioned equal 4th in her division.

The winners were as follows (pictured below):

Juniors - Isaac Wellington

Seniors - Jacob McGuinness

Opens - Glen Turner

Glen Turner was a bit of a crowd pleaser with some big tweaked out kickflips and narrowly won the opens category over Ben Wetherill with his switch kickflip. Jacob McGuinness took out his division with some consistent flips and little Isaac Wellington won the junior division which was pretty tough going up against himself, yes thats right, he was the only one to enter his age group, good work Isaac for having a go.
